To say our house buying journey was a challenge is an understatement. We saw probably into the triple digits of houses from June through the beginning of September. It took 8 offers, bid wars, countless miles logged in cars through two states and DC, COVID restrictions for viewing that were a nightmare, a contract falling through after significant investment, lots of heartbreak and stress of unknowns, more hotels and Airbnb’s than we ever care to stay in again, and a HHG mold nightmare but it was all well worth the wait. Once we get settled we would love to have all of our friends and family come to visit
